With echoes of Stoppard, Kafka, and the Brothers Grimm, The Pillowman is the blackest comedy you’ll ever encounter. Set in a totalitarian state, it tells the story of Katurian, a writer who is being questioned by the police on account of a series of murders that bear some disturbing similarities to his fictional tales. The Pillowman puts a spin on the fairy-tales that we were fed in our childhood, and promises to keep the audience on the very edge of their seat.
